The Iskut Gold Camp lies within the heart of BC's Coast Mountains in the "Golden Triangle", of British Columbia. This area is so called because of the multitude of past- and currently producing and soon to be producing gold, copper & molybdenum mines. The "Bronson Gold Camp" lies approx. 110 km northwest of Stewart, BC, 265 km northwest of Smithers and 70 km west of the Bob Quinn airstrip on the Stewart Cassiar Highway.
The camp is only accessible by water - or aircrafts. There are two airstrips suitable for Hercules aircraft or equivalent service.
The Bronson Airstrip appears at an 85 meter elevation just beyond the ruling Iskut River. This airstrip was built to service the now retired Snip Gold Mine. The second strip occurs in the alpine at 1100 meters elevation - built to serve the closed Johnny Mountain Gold Mine.
